Since the update I cannot log in. I am trying to sign the waiver; however, after I put my name and email address I get a message that they are incorrect. That is absolutely incorrect because I take them from the USA Cycling webpage…where I can log in with no issues!
The app is great and easy to navigate, but the one thing I’d like to see for an enhancement is the ability to download race flyers.
Maybe USAC should take all that money they charge for a license/ “antidoping” and fees, and put it towards a good website and working app. Difficult to find events and search for results.
Just a note to all the one star people everywhere. Realize this is a free resource provided to all of us recreational riders out there. USAC isn’t rolling in the dough like the NFL. Maybe give a temporary 3 star and provide constructive criticism. Maybe call customer support to get your issue resolved. I am in no way associated with USAC beyond my very novice attempts at racing. Too much negativity out there in our country. Little things can go a long way to change perspective . . .
It keeps asking me to re-login.
I have both my kids under the same account and each has a license but it only shows my oldest’s license given they were the first to get one. For events I have to be able to show both of their licenses, please enable the ability to switch sub-profiles to be able to pull up all USAC licenses under an account.
Even as a license number manager, this app fails. It does not allow you to store or otherwise access the license number for your sub profiles or kids' licenses. This app is pointless. It's no better than simply storing your license in your contacts under "USA cycling." If you have kids' licenses to keep up with, it's actually worse.
Why do I need a license to use the app? I don’t need one to use the website. Utter garbage
All useful functionality of old app is gone. Why move backwards?
At least everything is working. This app is a good alternative to trying a platform with more functional offerings but full of bugs. Just quit already USAC. This is a joke.
