It worked ok for what I needed, which was checking info on the base's amenities and hours. Now the app doesn't even open.

This app is so unreliable! It is frustrating that it has been a few years since we were directed to use this, but it rarely ever works. Why do you think people have 3-5 profiles? It’s because we are constantly deleting and re-installing the app to try to get it to work. Please either fix it or get rid of it!

I remember using this app to submit dorm request, checking for agency numbers, and gate hours. It had plenty of potential with easy ways to pull up regulations but it looks like it is not getting the funding and support and it’s dropped off. It’s a shame because I am PCSing and wanted to know more about the base I was heading to through this app but sadly I can’t get past the splash page.

Would be great if units would keep their content current and up-to-date. Notifications should include weather warnings, gate closures, and other urgent items.

The amount of times I’ve had to delete this app and redownload it is ridiculous. It’s a great idea; however, the server is not great. If someone continuously kept up with it and downloaded updates, that would help out a lot of people.

App will work for a few days the glitch out and force close while trying to open. I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times a week.

Had to delete and re-download the app because it couldn’t open without crashing every time. This happens often.

When the app worked, it was amazing. Got the last few months it crashes every single time and this is the worlds “greatest Air Force”.
