When I first joined USAlliance I enjoyed the option to set up the auto/recurring transfers. Since you revamped the site the option to set transfers on a recurring bases became complicated and not friendly to users. Your representative promised it would be reinstated but it never was. Instead I was told by your management this can only be done by going through a DocuSign option. This made no sense. Instead of upgrading or simply put back something that worked, your system took a step backwards. I hope this doesn’t get ignored. Thank you

this app is SO beautiful
Often can’t get into app!
While I love using this app, nearly every time I first try to use it, I get a “We’re sorry. Try again later.” then in smaller type it says “The network connection was lost. Please try again.” Sometime when I try again right then it will work, but most times I have to quit and restart the app several times before I can finally connect.
I am doing this via my iPhone 8 — but just need to point out several things: I NEVER have this problem with any other app, banking or otherwise using this same phone. I have killer Wi-Fi and am usually even sitting quite close to a router when I try to get in. And yes, I have made sure my USAlliance app is up to date — esp. since I’m always hoping an update will solve this stupid and unnecessary problem!
So far, I continue to wait in vain.
Mobile app
The bank’s mobile app is extremely frustrating. Despite entering the correct information, the message “We do not recognize your username/password information” keeps appearing. Additionally, when attempting to use the “Forgot Password” option, it states: “The information you entered does not match our records – please correct to continue.” This makes it impossible to access the account. Please address these issues.
Great app
Easy to use. I love digital banking. I like USAlliance because they always solve my questions
Not possible to change due date
I pay a $35 fee every single month because my due date it the 27th and I get paid on the 30th. The bank is unhelpful and they get extra money from me. Will be leaving this bank because of this.
Fun doing business and on line
It's easy to deposit, transfer and pay bills on line. Also, like the 4.45% interest rate on the dividend savings account.

Bad App
Was it the developers plan to prohibit app users from using the app unless your on WiFi? So if I am out of the house running errands, I cannot access my account until I am connected to WiFi? What other useless changes will be created to make the user experience worse?
Garbage
Cannot make payments to credit card. Absolute garbage and waste of my time. Get it together.
