I love the app but the thing is as an aged disabled person there is no way I would use it enough to warrant paying over $40 per month. Highly recommend it for anyone who works wish I could have it as scanning on my printer is difficult as not very mobile Keep up the good work it’s an amazing app

You scan is very simple and easy to use. I love using you scan. I’ve got the whole company on it and using and have recommended it
A bit confused
Hi, I read reviews before I download an app. People were complaining they were charged & you reply that it is a free app etc. Some people were happy with it. I decided to download app. I went through the first few screens, opted out of the free 7 day trial then be charged after 7 days because I did it want that option. It then proceeded to tell me to pay $79.99 to continue. No way to proceed without opting in for premium etc. I tried this several times thinking I was missing something, but no option to use app as a free app. Signing up for a free trial then opting out of said trial is a waste of time when I don’t want those premium features. Am I missing a process to use the app for free?
