I disconnected my vpn but the app still thinks I’m connected

Used to be great, but the app will no longer upload my videos after I complete a test; it has become a waste of time

Prototype crashed after first question and the was no way to reload the site. Suggestion: always include the prototype url in every test so it can be reloaded.

They’re liars, schemers, and do not deserve adequate assistance. Trust me, avoid these guys.

userlytics send me email with surveys, and it always pays for the time and work I spent for. love it

No lie they pay so test away.

I had the app for 6 months and checked it every day. Not once was I ever given anything to review. I sent a support message asking about it a few times and never heard back. Very disappointed. What a waste of phone space.

Don’t waste your time. It’s just a scam to get you info and data.

The moderator was GREAT. Friendly & very informative but the Userlytics App itself is in need of serious revamping because the interruptions were so constant so the test could not continue. Other than that the intentions of learning the consumer’s feedback can be very useful to companies as well as to the consumer.
