Says iOS 17 is not a valid iOS version. Please fix this!

Every time the survey loads into a new page the whole screen just turned blank, I need to exit and reopen the app (which means I have to go through all the intro pages and takes ages to finish a study), very disappointing app

Whenever I try to complete a mobile test it never loads in the app. Even when I scan the QR code from my laptop and try to open it on my phone, the app still does not load the test

A very hit n miss app a bit like the site itself. Not a good as it used to be. Card sorting tests are fun though but the user tests very unreliable as to whether they upload successfully or not. More or less stopped doing those these days as can’t be bothered with the extra time consuming hassle. There comes a point that one becomes simply tired of dealing with all.

Have wasted 20 minutes or so on the last couple of surveys using this app, when it failed to upload my data. After multiple retries did eventually get acknowledgment. However, the 21 days for payment has now elapsed and surprise surprise I haven’t been paid. Disappointing as used to work really well, but not prepared to risk any more of my time without pay.

Used to work fine but now nothing opens only not a valid model. Looks like you have to upgrade your iPhone which THAT I won’t be doing yet.

Being told my iPhone 7 running iOS 14.5.1 is not a valid model but no explanation as to why or what is valid.

The error above keeps coming up each time I click on survey link. I have deleted and redownloaded the version with the survey but I’m still getting the error that it is an invalid model. Kindly help rectify, thanks.

Downloaded the app to take part in a study and worked as expected. Easy to get going
