Frustrating to see the icon get badges and having no way of clearing it.

Update: 2 ans plus tard, toujours la même chose! 2,8 étoiles ? C’est 56% ! Votre application est nulle. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi mon propriétaire continue de l’utiliser. RIEN ne marche. Je continue d’avoir une alerte disant que j’ai un message. Je n’en ai pas ! Quand j’entre sur l’application, on me signale 4 messages non lus. Ils le sont ! Votre dernière mise à jour ? Un icône pour voir des pubs de produits pharmaceutiques. Vous vous moquez de qui ?????

Cette application est fantastique pour communiquer avec le propriétaire de mon appartement.

Am I the only one having display issues with iPhone 8, I can’t click on the screen options, it don’t display correctly in the bottom and top?

Hi, I don’t think there’s been a week where I didn’t either have to reset password or reinstall the app to make it work, lost complete access it’s been 2 weeks now as the app no longer sends password reset instructions on my one and only registered phone number/email address. The bugs on this app are horrible, I know you’re trying to do your best but if I’m being completely honest, very poor experience since i have been using overall.

I’m not able to use it. I put the code that was sent to my email. But none of the code worked…I tried 5 times with 5 codes.

It keeps telling me there is an error on your side of the app. I don’t understand and i need to sign up in order to use the condo services . Help me

This is probably the worst app I have ever seen. The amount of bugs is insane. I feel like with every new update it gets worse. Change your dev team and hire some QAs to validate your app before releasing it to customers.

The app doesn’t load at all. I just get a blank white screen when opening the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same problem. Restarted my phone too. -iPhone Xs
