Even after payment questions and videos are inaccessible
Not able to access full QBank
Even after subscription, only 259 questions are available in total on this app instead.. I'm not able to reach support via email
App not logging in
My app is not logging in in iPad . Only browser version is available . I tried reinstalling and logging in but it doesn’t work. I raised the issue in app support but no response from your end. Hope you resolve the problem
Suggestion
The developers should develop a iOS Widget for this app which displays random question or random flashcard on the home screen. This will be very well received by users, for sure!

Poorly optimised for iPad and magic keyboard
Cannot move between questions in qmax without touching the screen,the keyboard support is very poor[cannot use the arrow keys to move between questions]
App dysfunction
Content is great. The app isn’t functioning properly. Glitches everytime.
Eagerly waiting for the Bricks feature in IOS.
Overall a good app but sometimes the screen just freezes or becomes black. The content is unquestionably the best for initial prep for USMLE and to understand FA.
Rx Bricks Missing
Please add the rx bricks to the app. And the video plays sometimes without no audio. And but the good point is when the sync is correct it makes rx +FA the perfect combo for USMLE step-1 preparation .
