USU's Valuemation software is a product suite for IT service management and enterprise service management. Valuemation Mobile is an extension of USU's Valuemation software for mobile devices. The app supports end users in self-service as well as support staff and service technicians in the mobile processing of incidents/tickets and service requests.

• “My Services” shows the end user which services he currently uses. In the details you can call up further information about the service and display the current tickets for the service.
• “My systems” shows the end user which systems are booked onto him and their status as well as the associated components.
• Important messages about malfunctions, already known problems, pending maintenance work, etc. are displayed directly, as are personal tasks.
Fast information research:
• For search queries, known solutions and instructions are researched in the knowledge base.
• Frequently used search suggestions are automatically displayed according to the search entry.
• The personal search history shows the documents/objects found in previous searches.
Efficient mobile ticket entry and processing:
• End users can independently apply for IT and non-IT products and services.
• Tickets can be created quickly with the step-by-step instructions and can be accepted and processed directly – even in offline mode.
• Important information is automatically collected through preassigned fields.
