いつの間にか料金取られてた💢 スマホ容量は削減できんわ、やられたわ

最初はできたけど、2回目以降写真を移動させようとすると980円払わせようとしてくる。

They sold me a full priced app with a list of features. It worked fine for months. Now they have changed the app I bought to a free app and a require an additional subscription to access the features I already paid for. This company is complete garbage and should be ashamed of stealing from your customers. I will never stop telling people how disgusting you are, you pathetic scammers.

I was 3/4 downloading and organizing the pictures then it froze. - why ?

Folder creation is completely nonintuitive. You can’t start at the top of a folder structure and then create sub folders and add them. You have to have the sub folders created and then create the higher level folder because the app won’t let you nest folders any other way. Very frustrating. Use it for 5 minutes and you’ll know it’s a dud.

I've used app for several years now and overall I recommend it. Since I rely heavily on reviews when considering an app, I have to be completely honest. Trust is my priority. I have to be able to trust my most valuable memories are safe and retrievable. It took some time to figure out how to do this. And most time to build that trust. I love being able to create visual folders. Options are limited. No ability to tag or facial recognition. Right now is example: I can't figure out how to delete on photo roll after transfer (and nail biting "sending off to school/will it return??) Manual isn't clear on how to do this. Little things like this are frustrating for this ole gal. More improvements, updates & functions. 👍🏼

So I would give this apps 5 stars, it’s been nothing but amazing, can save photos, sort them out and have them organized until Recently had gotten a new phone and now all of my 7000 photos & Videos I have put in there from year ago states “This Media type is not supported with your IOS version”

Why is the same app free for windows and on Apple you have to pay $40? It’s the same app.

Hello, this is not so much a review as a tech support help question. When I try to view my photos in the app it now says “This media type is not supported with your iOS version.” I hope this can be fixed with an update otherwise I’m not sure what to do about all my photos. I love the app and use it often, please help me fix this issue, thanks!

I was having an issue with the app and customer service reached out and told me how to fix it. Their response was fast and informative. This is a great app!
