The translator doesn’t connect to my phone no matter how many times and uninstall and reinstall. I turn my phone off and on but still no connection. Useless device without a phone connection and the app is to blame. Chinese hacking probably.
My translator device connects to my app but I can’t get it to speak. I’ve tried all of the trouble shooting but nothing works. At the moment this device is just a piece of metal with a blinking blue light.
I bought this translator intelligent speech translator and downloaded the AP and it does not work at all!
After 2 years. I dowload and use it. It doesn’t work. Waste my money. It like mini speaker now. Nothing can translate , it just e..e voice. I’m so annoyed!
Not working, absolutely stupid translator
I really have to apologize, I left a very poor review earlier because all I could get it to do was say disconnecting… But I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, and miraculously it started working perfectly! In fact I have a German friend that lives next-door, and I went over there and had a complete conversation with him for 20 minutes perfectly! Now he wants to get one! So I must apologize for my previous review, and to you other folks that had the same problem try uninstalling and reinstalling the app again and see if it’ll work for you too, because it really works great once you get it going lol
I am using this app but there are lot of connectivity issues.. it disconnect again and again.. Plz fix it
It’s worthless the Ad on FB it said Turkish it doesn’t and they refer your to some app to download which a bug waist of money and time
-Speakerphone option -Bluetooth translator speaker/mic no longer works!! ** but app does * ONLY when connected! Big waste of battery from a useless Bluetooth device, just for authentication. The app Should be able to verify your hardware then allow us to disconnect Bluetooth and still be able to use the app freely. Thanks
I have the translator device, but I am unable to connect the app to the device using Bluetooth. Do you have any other suggestions
