This app has been an amazing tool to managing my health. I’ve recently had surgery that has made talking difficult. This app has made communication so much easier. I’m able to message my doctors directly, schedule appointments, pay bills, and order refills. I’m also able to access my chart through another hospital as well. This app really is a lifesaver!

I’ve not be able to schedule my COVID/ Flu vaccine. I have called the my chart help desk and they say they are working on the issue and someone will call me… but it’s been a week and still not working. No one has called either.

Always says not connected

There needs to be a much better format for the medication section such as including when a medication is discontinued. Also an area where incorrect information can be resolved .

We’ve just been able to get on recently and it appears to be Reasonably easy to use. Dr. Pearle’s staff is very responsive. The print feature is apparently new and beneficial.

This software allows me to access my information and communicate with my doctors. It is user friendly which I appreciate. Thank you.
