Everyday. sun rays (UVA/UVB) generate free radicals in the skin. One of the main factors behind the formation of dark spots, which make the complexion less even.

'UVmeter' will tell you UV Index at your current location.
It helps protect you from UV exposure by providing an hourly UV forecast for almost anywhere in the World.

You can see recommended protection, required equipment, sunblock information and sunburn times.

Real-time Ultraviolet Radiation Index evaluation based on publications of The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI), The National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) of New Zealand and near-real-time Ozone datasets from OMI, AURA Satellite, NASA.

Improvement Needed

This is a good app but no notifications setting which would be useful when out and about if level changes in your location

It’s great. When it works.

I used to use this App all the time. Now it just tells me that data is not available for my location – Central Southern England! What a joke...

Complete rubbish

It only comes up with "cannot download data from server" no settings are available, complete waste of money.

No more sunburn

This app is really useful. It works very well with my iPhone SE and works well with my watch. I find it very useful as a guide to uv levels. I have a 3 year old grand daughter so knowing what the levels are means she can be dressed appropriately and when to apply sun screen to obtain maximum protection

Useless

Just loads as zero UV. Has no forecast feature of anything useful. Don't bother downloading.
