Don’t buy subscription through app. I bought a 699€ subscription and money just "disappeared". Initially I thought that I just should wait a little, but after some days of waiting I wrote to support and had a response "we can’t assist with any purchases made through the app". Money was withdrawn from my bank account two weeks ago and all these days I was trying to discuss the situation with support with no success. Shame on you.
