Wäre eine prima Anwendung für den schnellen Überblick, leider klappt das Lesen der Dokumente seit über einem Jahr auf bestimmten IPhone Versionen nicht, der bug ist bekannt wird aber nicht behoben

Verbesserungswürdig
Leider gibt es immer noch relativ häufig LogIn-Probleme. Grundsätzlich recht übersichtlich. Mir fehlt aber immer noch die Angabe des genauen Kaufdatums eines Wertpapiers. Die Angabe „seit Erstanschaffung“ reicht meiner Meinung nach nicht aus. Besonders bei Papieren, die man (schon) länger hält, wäre es äußerst interessant, wenn man wüsste, über welchen Zeitraum die Kursentwicklung stattgefunden hat. Dann ließe sich die durchschnittliche Jahresperformance leicht ermitteln. Ohne Angabe des Kaufdatums ist das nahezu unmöglich. Bitte unbedingt in der App einpflegen!!!
Ständig Login Probleme
Katastrophale App, ständig fordere ich ein neues Passwort an, dann stimmt das alte wieder nicht. Völlig unzuverlässig, habe Konto seit Monaten nicht einsehen können… Login geht wieder, hoffe es läuft nun stabiler…

Nicht zuverlässig
Leider spät mit Aktualisieren und stürzt öfter ab. Problem ist angeblich schwer zu lösen
Nach UpDate nur noch weißer Bildschirm
Nach dem Update am 17.09. kann man sich gar nicht mehr einloggen, es erscheint nur noch ein weißer Bildschirm. Das hat ja vorher schon meistens erst im 5. oder 6. Versuch geklappt, aber jetzt geht es wie gesagt gar nicht mehr.
Unbrauchbar
Login wieder mal nicht möglich. Meldung: Etwas ist schiefgelaufen(20-011-999)
Lässt sich nicht öffnen
Bis November lief die App einwandfrei. Seit der Umstellung lässt sie sich nicht mehr starten. Die Anmeldefelder leeren sich immer wieder und nichts geht. Mir wurde heute geantwortet, ich solle mich an den Kundendienst wenden. Habe ich bereits hinter mir. Der war erfolglos. Da auf der Anmeldeseite das alte V-bank-Logo ist, wurde geraten, die App neu zu laden. Habe ich mehrfach!!! Auch Neustart. Logo bleibt.
Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben…..
Ich habe mehrere Banking Apps, aber diese musste ich mehrfach Installieren bis sie endlich halbwegs funktionierte (Umsätze wurden auch nach Tagen nicht angezeigt, ich kam garnicht auf das Konto usw). Im Onlinebanking ging dies alles. Jetzt geht es halbwegs, aber was mich wirklich stört und nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist: - Der Depot Stand wird nur 1x am Tag akualisiert - Das Guthaben der App und des Onlinebanking stimmen nie überein
