It is a great app but you need to work on your customer service which is really below the quality!

The idea is great. But there are fixable problems the developer is not managing well. Businesses often do not check the app to deliver the orders upon arrival, the app often marks the you as arrived before arrival, so business do not know when you actually arrived, and the orders take too long to be delivered if ever, customer support is quite bad and passive.

It’s supposed to be a convenient service for food pick up and a replacement for delivery services. They made an advertising campaign mocking delivery services and they are on that level of competence. Multiple times I waited 10 to 15 minutes more than the expected time shown in the app.

The app is great overall, but the payment gateway doesn’t always work for some reason which affects me as a customer and it becomes a reliability issue especially if you’re ordering last minute. Sometimes, when it happens, I find myself stuck and having to find a parking spot to go up to the restaurant/cafe to order something.

Easy to use Especially when there is a lot of cars on the place is crowded
