Schedule Wrong

No timely updates of schedule when pandemic changes made.

Hire car is crappy.

Other than publishing the timetable of ferries and buses, the hire car booking service always says Waiting to Arrange or Full Booking. Clearly DB Transport has no intention to provide hire car service at all.

Very poor

The Hire Car pick up and drop off point selection is unusable as it is unreadable. It has been poorly programmed and not checked for usability.

Terrible

The “hire car” part of this app is hopeless. About 3/4 of my bookings remain “open” for 10 minutes then say “full booking” which translates as no cars available. It causes huge inconvenience and frustration for residents and visitors alike. Shame on you Hong Kong Resorts!!

Bad manners driver

DB02A disappointing !!!! 7pm I try to get the bus and wave him he ignore me never open the door really disappoint !!!!

Fail

The hire car part of the app is awful. How can it be so bad? Did the app developer test the app before putting it on the App Store? Do they care? Guessing no to both. Another example (one of many) of just how little HKR cares about residents.

Pathetic attempt

Poorly designed up makes quick reference information difficult to get to. App is largely unreliable and completely unavailable at the moment. Slow to initialize even when it works

Terrible app. Rarely does it work.

Unacceptable

Many people rely on this official app checking bus and ferry schedule. It was an extremely poor design to start with. Now it's not even working due to "server maintenance". Every schedule is showing a blank page. Please fire the app designer and start again, Discovery Bay!

Horrid app!

Refuses to open. When it did during previous versions, it took FOREVER! Don't bother.
