This new format is not user-friendly at all. It is a TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD app. Same goes for sister edition, Vallejo Times Herald. May delete it.

What an utterly wasteful app. Can't believe our local paper has such a terrible app.
Must be a subscriber
I just updated to the new version. If I don't sign in as a paid subscriber, it goes back to the headlines. And the ads still pop up. Still have access to weather. Don't waste your time unless you're a subscriber.
Just downloaded, won't open?
Downloaded the all and it won't go past a blank white page. It will say "optimizing" then quit.

How can we view an entire editorial? Only the first paragraph appears after clicking on headline. Same with letters.
