USER FEEDBACK
I think this app has great potential to maintain family vaccinations. The developer is a medical student which is an ideal background to offer researched and relevant data to enhance the app. I contacted him asking for an enhancement and got a rapid and detailed response. Excellent app. I take it to my doctor visits and they love it.

App overview

This App was the best I could find of available Apple compatible immunization apps. It was easy to enter vaccine info. The limitations I discovered are: not all vaccines are loaded (they have DPT but not DTAP), I had to add the covid19 manufacturer and dose in the comment field, there is no section for vaccine titer results or TB skin tests

Great way to keep track

No example of PDF output (format) of vaccine record

How could you purchase the app, if you don’t even know how the vaccine record looks like in the exported PDF. App should allow a limited number of exports before purchasing, or at least show screen shot in the App summary, so you can decide further? I understand there is a 7 day free trial. If the screenshot was available in Description of the App. I can than decide if I would like to try the 7 day free trial.

Somewhat useful

Not a great app, but somewhat useful.

App doesn’t work as expected not very practical as many vaccines can’t be edited the dosis. The way it has been created doesn’t make it easy to fill

Better than most

The developer's web site is non existant. Email is returned as undeliverable. There is no Co-vid vaccination. The preset lists are not editable. Even so, it is better than several others I tried. I don't mind paying 99 cents a month, but it would be nice to be able to edit the lists and communicate with the developer when I have questions.

Would it be possible to upload any proof of vaccinations? It would be useful to have the capability to store also copy of relative certificate.

Vaccines Recirds

Love this app. I could never remember when I got my last vaccine for different things. It saved me from having to search my medical records. It’s great especially when you start visiting a new doctor.

Free version supports one patient only

It’s a bit glitchy when trying to enter doctor info. $30 lifetime fee to have more than one patient.
