pathetic app

App

Video got stuck most of the time inspite of good broadband speed. Fix your app!!

No issues with app but issues with the management

Poor management. Don’t reply to mails. Chat is disabled sometimes and the operator of online class doesn’t care about student’s issues during the class. This one star is because of the management staff especially the operator. Teachers are all good.No issues with them.

Doesn’t work with macbook air

Kindly update the compatibility and make it accessible to macbook air.

No audio connection

I am unable to access the audio from the app while using it on the MacBook

Always showing wrong details entered

It always shows that wrong credentials entered but it is right . What should be done ?
