This app is the most useless app I have ever seen, they will just seize your money for no reason and if you call their customer care it will take forever to attend to your complaint… I will advise people not to use them for serious transactions because they will disappoint you… please just release my money and let me get out from your useless app

Vale is a great banking app, but lately and up until now I have been unable to log in. Please o, you guys should do something before all the people I referred start calling me names

I am not happy with this app..I’m always having difficulty doing transactions and when I complain sometimes I don’t get a response and my money ends up going just like that or sometimes it takes forever to respond and when the do I have to wait for days for a response..I am going to take all my money and delete the app completely from my phone..I AM TIRED
