Was a bit afraid on the low rating but the app worked fine without any issues on getting and delivering the bike

He pagado un viaje que no he hecho 😡

El aplicación me ha dicho que he pagado por un viaje de 621 minutos (21,32€) que no he hecho nunca. No sé como puedo resolver por qué el número para llamar no funciona. Quien puedo contactar para resolver???

Customer service do not exist

The app’s counter is bugged and it is still running even after I parked the bike. The customer service number is not working and the problem after 2 days is still there.
