Valley Metro

I am just amazed at the willing support. I have received in trying to learn about the Valley Metro and it services. I really believe you have an excellent system as long as people can get involved and I’m surprised that more people aren’t today is my first day to use a pass and I’m really looking forward to it.

The app is so broken its almost more broken than their buses 90% of the time. Don’t even think of getting anywhere on time or efficiently because when you need to use the bus the app will self destruct and leave you completely stranded. The buses will also just disappear and never come with no warning at all. You’d be better off buying a bike and saving for a car. It’d be 100% cheaper and you’d be healthier in the long run. App’s new fair is confusing as all get out and half the tome doesn’t even work, and there’s no spot for the elderly/disabled to use the reduced fair or apply for it. Bad company, even worse app and public transit. Good luck out there and stay hydrated, it’s hot outside.

If you want to take a bus to the light rail there’s no way to combine trips unless you plan one trip on the bus and one trip on light rail

The app has a feature letting users change their primary email, but that currently doesn’t work. From the Home Screen, select More, then Account Details, then Profile Details. Select primary email, and enter a new email. Receive/enter a verification code. Then the app shows an error.

Title says it all. Countless times I’ve been left waiting. Had buses and light rail not even show for their SCHEDULED stops. Had buses drive right by me at the stop. Completely unreliable

This app is the worst, it will say a bus is coming and then it will say it’s not coming like 5 minutes before it’s supposed to arrive. My daughter has been late to school because of this multiple times.

Should add a report feature to report drivers that decide to take a different route than the one they are supposed too. I am tired of watching my bus turn down the wrong road leaving me stuck waiting for the next one that is always late getting to my destination. Someone needs to do something about these buses that are reliably unreliable. Phoenix has the worst transit I have ever seen and might as well just shut the whole thing down and save the city some money.

Cannot for the life of me figure out when the next light rail is coming. Can only buy one ticket per app. Will not let you buy tickets ahead of time. Developers should be ashamed of this product

When using the app, my screen brightness will randomly change for no reason. It will either change it to max brightness or pitch black while I’m outside in the bright sun. I also had a glitch with the app today where it wouldn’t let me turn my screen back on after having the app open last and then locking the screen. The app also lies to you and tells you there is no bus coming, then the bus appears 1 minute later. I assume this is a location issue, which this app has plenty of issues with. I suggest using Apple Maps or Google maps instead of this awful app.
