The Valley Strong Card Alerts app makes it easy for you to manage your Visa Check Card and/or Credit Card on the go!
With Card Alerts you can:
- View balances
- Set up transaction alerts via text, push notification, or email
- Turn your card “on” or “off” with “Card Controls”
- Set dollar limits or block certain types of transactions
- Use “Travel Notices” to indicate when you travel out of the state or country
Use this app in addition to Valley Strong DataMobile to get the most benefit out of your Vise Check Card and/or Credit Card.
Your security is our priority. Mobile data transmissions and account information are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, similar to online banking.
This app uses the Device Administrator permission.
Message and data rates may apply. Valley Strong is federally insured by NCUA.

Keeps logging out with no indication, meaning I don’t get alerts, defeating the purpose of the app altogether.

Missing Alert
Why is there not an Alert when a Courtesy Pay Fee is assessed to inform an account holder the account needs to have additional funds deposited, which would prevent further Fees being assessed??? Since you have an Alert for rejected checks, it only makes common sense to Alert for this expensive error.

Stopped working
App stopped working around Feb 2018. KSFCU was no help. Multiple attempts at tech support and they told me everything was working fine. They advised me to visit a branch for tech support, no thanks.
Bit disappointed :(
App doesn’t let me save my alerts settings and I don’t see a text option for delivery method.
