Not working

Not able to buy tickets just brings up a blank screen

Inconvenient

I’ve always used this app. Worked great, everything loaded and payment was easy. I tried using it yesterday and the app kept crashing, wouldn’t even open just glitched out. Luckily I had some cash with me. Hopefully issue gets fixed! 😊

Payment system doesn’t work, pass isn’t issued but card is charged

I was trying to take a Commuter bus for the first time via San Joaquin RTD. I set up my account, added Apple Pay as well as my credit card, but when I try to buy a pass, my card gets charged but my pass isn’t issued. Also nothing is shown on my order history. At this point I think I’m going to have to show the bus driver my credit card transactions and hope he/she has some pity for a first time San Joaquin County transit user, especially since we want “only exact change”. Coming from the Bay Area with serious Clipper Card integration and contactless payment as a first-priority, Vamos Mobility is a dysfunctional application to say the least. Customer service isn’t pickup. 0 stars.

terrible, laggy, inconvenient

if youre about to board your bus buy the ticket 10 minutes prior, cause it takes 5 minutes for the app to load, 3 minutes to buy a ticket, and it takes 2 for the ticket to load, and sometimes the app glitches and you just waste your money and the bus drivers just staring at you like an idiot

Unresponsive and a hassle.

The app crashes frequently, particularly when a purchase is made. There are MANY times where I’ll buy a ticket and it won’t show up until I completely close the app multiple times. It’s also extremely slow to load at times, we need better.

Attention to EZHub, please

When I started to use Vamos Mobility, it was helpful. I had trouble buying the monthly passes locally and it avoided that mess. However, every new iOS release, I cannot use my passes or tickets. They show up once and when I open the app again, they disappear as EZHub opens. I like the convenience of having electronic tickets but I walked 3+ miles last week because I could not show anything to the driver.

!!!!!!PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!

This app worked when it first came out, now it is non-functional. Tickets purchased do not show up in the purchase history!! And must click “Refresh Purchase History” many times and sometimes purchase finally shows, sometimes it STILL does not show. What a rip-off for people unaware of this SEVERE BUG, when they purchase multiple tickets in desperation and tickets still won’t show in the history. !!!!!FIX PLEASE!!!!!! 0-Stars!!!!!!

Still has Bugs

The Refresh History button takes several hits before it allows me to finally buy a ticket. Also the app keeps telling me I have an existing ticket out even though I know I don’t have one. I like the convenience of buying a ticket on my phone but this app needs more work. Please fix

ApplePay support?

Rev. Paul on

United States

ApplePay support is the most obvious solution for secure and simple payments on iOS, when will this support be added?

Took my money and my unused ticket.

I purchased an all day pass and never used it. I kept it for emergency’s. And as soon as I updated the app it’s gone. I contacted help and there’s no answer. Received the mobility incentives card and it won’t let me buy new tickets either..
