Unpredictable and odd platform!
I was accepted onto this platform before Christmas and was enjoying applying to the campaigns. Then without any warning, my account was ‘stuck’ and new campaigns weren’t showing up. When I emailed the customer help service I had my email passed on to someone to pass inspection on. I then received an email saying that I had been denied access to new campaigns because my content quality isn’t up to standard!! This was a shock to me because it was only a couple of months before this that I had been accepted onto the platform! I then found out from quite a few other micro influencers they had also been removed without warning and after chasing it up had been told the same poor excuse. It doesn’t make sense since a couple of the brands I applied to I messaged outside of the platform and they said they were happy to work with me. I can only assume this platform works on your engagement being high, because my quality of content is not bad compared to what I have seen. It’s such a shame because they are only going to lose out on amazing, hard working influencers who create lovely content but they get overlooked because engagement is low. Not everyone has the time to reply back to every comment. I’m very disappointed with the people who monitor the accounts. To be accepted on there and then have someone else take me off (amongst others) is unfair. The lack of communication is also an issue. I suggest they rethink their strategy or influencers are just going to go direct to the companies.
