my driver was very rude took me to our wrong address and blamed me for giving him the wrong address, I told him the right address from the beginning and he just said it’s not my problem

Great app way better than earlier ones. The booking, address resolution, realtime tracking, and notifications worked flawlessly. I booked ahead for pickup and everything worked well with no additional charges.

Today is April 6 did order a yellow cab so #TAXI came car was running and Robert down to charge a bit more which is OK because it’s short distant then he give me a receipt to sign and the receipt was different numbers and what’s actually charged on the machine was 1st time I’m looking at when I’m signing. Sometimes I saw an empty paper because I feel sorry. It’s a very short distance and while I’m leaving, I said, thank you with ignorant did not answer.

Always prompt and great service.

I canceled two trips but they still on-hold my money and even calling in to customer service can not help. Because only manager could solve the problem so I have to call them back until Monday. The service is really not supportive and would not use the app Again!

I take YC 5 x a week. 8590% of your drivers are fantastic. Tonight driver was almost invisible. I’m struggling because I have a bad hip and waiting for surgery. 85 to 90% of your drivers will always help me out. This guy just sat in the car didn’t say nothing. Even the drivers was sometimes lean over past me my polls to help steady myself, this guy did nothing Maybe that’s in your job description, I don’t know. But I’m struggling to stand up, hang the car door, trying to get their walking sticks. It might be nice for the driver to pass him or ask him the need help.

it was working perfectly well so I probably shouldn’t have upgraded it. now I am unable to use it because it’s not sending me a validation code.

Everytime I try to use I have to verify phone them when I enter email it says I already have account and doesn’t let me go any further. Absolute disaster.
