How does Vanitha iPad Subscription feature work?
· Vanitha iPad App is free to download.
· If you have an existing digital subscription, you can enter the subscription details to get free access on the iPad.
· If you choose to subscribe, select the monthly, half yearly or the yearly option.
· The paid subscription for the magazine would cost $2.99 for 6 months and $5.99 for 12 months.
· Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
· Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
· Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
· Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
· If cancellation is not done by the user, depending on your subscription settings and your credit card would be charged through your iTunes account.
· You can turn off auto renewal any time from your iTunes account settings.(it should be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period)

Overwriting the latest magazine and magazine from dec 2nd week is disappearing
After January 1st week issue, only latest issue is available and in between issues keep disappearing All versions older than Jan 1st issue is available. Please fix

Buggy app. Issues after each update
Buggy app. One or other issues always. It will ask to buy even if you have a valid subscription. If you contact the support, they take 4-5 days to respond. Very poor. Cannot read offline . Even after Download it will disappear and ask to buy again. No quality . A typical Indian app the developers don’t know how to build a quality application. all offline material will disappear after update. Family sharing will not work . If I can give zero , I would give that . So frustrating

Even if you have purchased the app, it will ask you to subscribe again.
Family sharing does not work
I bought a new I pad and I cannot access the magazine even when I use the same iTunes account. There is no option to restore account setting either

Waste of money and time
This app crashes on login. Manorama need good developers to keep up to date with IOS changes. Ipad version used to work in the past. Now both Ipad and Iphone versions crash on launch. Looks like Manorama doesn't care about feedback. Vanitha app deserve zero star .
Sign-in issue
It used to work before. Since renewal of subscription it cant authenticate with e-subscription id & password. Lost 16$.
