App located our address and then says it’s invalid. We literally live around the corner too

Have been coming to Varsity for years and was an early adopter of the app. Unfortunately, an issue has persisted with my points balance for the entire time: I’ve constantly been in negative and trying to work my way up to a positive balance. I was assured this would be looked into and rectified, but now my points balance is only sitting on 80 something. 80 something points after years of loyalty to Varsity? I have friends who don’t go half as often as I do who are into the hundreds/thousands of points. Sorry, but I just cannot endorse this app as I’ve been shafted in a huge way.

Absolutely ridiculous file size. Whoever developed your app has some explaining to do. Nobody should have to sacrifice 140MB for this type of app. Lots of room for improvement here.

Love the food. Love the atmosphere. …but I eventually remembered to used the app to buy a few beers, there’s no update on the “points” for a free beer. I ask you guys to do better because I know you can :) Thanks

This app is great, load of awesome discounts and special offers. I love Matt Pound.

I downloaded the app because myself and friends quiz every Monday at Varsity. The app has great deals and looks great but the functionality is very glitchy. It takes ages to load when I open it, at the moment none of the offers, stamps or other pages open at all (loading icon appears for ages and then nothing happens). I’ve downloaded the latest update, and run it on the latest iOS but still doesn’t work.

They said once you download you get vouchers fir burgers and what not But none of the vouchers work and the staff at the counter can’t fix it either. So if that’s by design, it’s pretty manipulative.
