Vatikanische Museen

Im Zeitalter von Smartphones und Digitalisierung habe ich mir von dieser App einiges versprochen: abrufbare Informationen zu einzelnen Statuen (ähnlich Audioguide), Ortungsdienste und Anzeige verfügbarer Attraktionen in der Umgebung, um alles verständlicher zu machen.. Fehlanzeige. Der Plan, der Besuchern der vatikanischen Museen kostenlos ausgegeben wird, ist als PDF einsehbar. Die App erkennt weder wo ich mich befinde, noch welche Infos mich gerade interessieren könnten. Die Infos zu einzelnen Räumen, Ausstellungen oder Gemälden sind als Fließtext hinterlegt, nicht durchsuchbar und schlichtweg unbrauchbar. Fehlkauf. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Dann doch eher 8€ für den Audioguide vom Veranstalter... schade!

Nach kostenfreiem Eingang muss man erstmal die zugehörigen Daten (Maps) kaufen.

App kostenlos runterladen. Erster Guide 1,99 €. Wenige Fotos minimale Inhalte. Ständig Aufforderung Inhalte für 0,99 € nach zu kaufen. 1,99 € verballert-App sofort wieder gelöscht. Sch... AbzockerApp

Eigentlich nur ( zu jedem Punkt wenige) Fotos, die teils sehr unprofessionell aufgenommen wurden. Der Text bleibt deutlich hinter Wikipedia zurück, ohne inApp purchase ist die App gar nicht zu gebrauchen. Selbst nach dem Kauf per iPad können die Programmpunkte auf dem dazu gehörigen iPhone nicht geladen werden

I was privileged to be stationed in Bella Napoli in the 90s. I am Retired USN. Going up to see the Vatican was a given. To see the countless artifacts of our faith was a great privilege. St. Peter’s is a true wonder that cannot be explained without actually seeing it in person. This app brings the Grace of our Lord to anyone who wants to see and learn about our faith into perspective. Thank you!!

I loved this guide. It offers concise info, well organized, and you make sure you won’t be missing any of the must sees. The augmented reality feature was really cool... and it’s free! I really enjoyed using this guide during my visits to the Vatican!

Very poor app. The pictures are less than what you could find on any info website. Unfortunately, I bought the upgrade, but it won’t open. Instead, it keeps trying to sell me the upgrade, tells me I have it restored, then shows the same sale screen again. It’s s frustrating waste of time. I want a refund
