The Vauld app does not open in iphone XR.

The app does not open even after logging in. The V logo screen does not go away after user authentication. This is happening since last two weeks. Please look into.

Unable to login after the last update.

Ever since I updated to the latest version of VAULD I’m not able to sign in as the app keeps giving error “Something went wrong”. It’s been a long time since deposits and withdrawals are restricted on the app and now this. Is it the end of VAULD or the company has decided to steal all the peoples money whom has invested through the VAULD app? Just wondering? App is still not logging in as of 03/05/2023.

After updating the app. The app is not at all opening… even tried re installing the app also… but same issue

The app is not opening since the latest update. Just stays on the launch screen even after biometric is completed

Stole all my crypto investment

Pending access to Vauld and status of crypto assets

The application was great at first however i have not been able to log in even after resetting the password . Also request the status of our assets and how we are going to retrieve it has not been shared .

Face ID doesn’t work

The app doesn’t allow me to authenticate properly using the Face ID. It keeps going back to authenticate again and again. IOS: 16.3
