Pretty bare bones, which is fine, but clock should be able to be set without the app. 24-Hour time should be an option as well.

Unable to pair with iPhone

Just like others, you will find that the app installation stalls at the beginning when you are unable to create a “code”. so, I am stuck, unable to even set my clock. What a bunch of nonsense! Vaultec is selling “features” that really don’t exist, so don’t be fooled by the ridiculous hype.

This app was made for the purpose of generating sales with “we have an app!” It’s a terrible app, it’s useless even when it works. There’s no point in having it really. Stay focused on the product and not this nonsense. The VAULTEK safe products are great.

Didn’t experience any of the problems highlighted here. Set up was smooth. Although I don’t like the unlock pattern. Would rather have option of number combo. Awesome product.

Bluetooth option disables itself after a few days and you have to manually put in code to re-enable it. So why waste your money on it. I have to enter the 7 digit code so often I have it memorized now so why bother turning it back on when it’s just going to disable in a few days. Fix this junk vaultek or should I say faultek?

I hate this appexpected more!! For the high price!

I am unable to pair my phone with the safe. Bluetooth is enabled on both ends but iPhone won’t detect it. As such I can’t use it to control the safe, let alone set the time

Seriously, why can’t VAULTEK create an app that just works with the newest safety feature? Is that too hard to ask for with such a pricey safe? Look elsewhere if considering this safe.

You’ll get stuck at the “Create Your Pattern Lock” screen and will be able to continue. This renders setting the time on your “Smart Safe” impossible. Terrible engineering choice and terrible app.
