GuideMeGo unterstützt nicht nur blinde Menschen, sondern alle, die Hilfe bei der Fortbewegung und Selbstständigkeit brauchen.
Der Begleitservice des Verkehrsverbundes Berlin Brandenburg (VBB) nutzt GuideMeGo, um dich online per Video zu unterstützen.
GuideMeGo ist kostenlos.
Um GuideMeGo zu verwenden, musst du dich in der App anmelden. Nach der Anmeldung erhältst du einen Link per E-Mail, um die Anmeldung abzuschließen.
Bitte beachte, dass Videoanrufe viel Internet-Daten verbrauchen können.
Die Helfer von GuideMeGo sind speziell ausgebildete Mitarbeiter des VBB-Begleitservices.
In der App kannst du Informationen in deinem Profil für den GuideMeGo-Helfer speichern. Der Helfer kann diese Informationen in deinem Profil sehen.
Diese Informationen sind freiwillig und können jederzeit geändert werden.

Wir benutzen hier das Du. Das ist unter Sportlern so üblich und wir mögen es auch. Wir benutzen nur die männliche Form (zum Beispiel Sportler). Wir meinen damit alle Menschen. Das kann man einfacher lesen. Wir benutzen einfache Sprache. Wir hoffen, dass möglichst viele Menschen unsere Informationen verstehen können.
