My AC stopped working and when I registered a complaint against this there is a man by the name of Bhatnagar who called me up and asked to share the cancellation request of OTP and when I denied he is threatening me. Very bad behavior please don’t by any VOLTAS product.
Very bad experience I suggest other people not but voltas AC because the service is very bad and I will file a case against voltas so I suggest other people to buy another company ac. I request you guys don’t buy voltas ac it is very bad ac worst ac ever seen in my life.

Worst after sales experience. My AC is not working since 13 days and there is no response from Voltas after the representative visit. That too after paying advance. I hope they will repair my AC in next summers of 2024
There is no provision of new sign up so how does one know his user name and password for sign in. This from house of Tatas who have TCS as a group company and yet can’t develop a simple app. Learn from LG and Kent RO apps
