Great app but will abandon you in times of trouble
I have finally solved my issue, no thanks to this contact centre. None of the numbers listed below work internationally. And email to the website sends an unhelpful email directing you to numbers that don’t work or an email system that gives the same information. Luckily I called my branch and they helped me directly. When I return to Vietnam I will definitely consider changing banks. I travel a lot, and if Vietcombank will abandon me abroad it leaves me in a very difficult vulnerable situation. I am severely disappointed that it has been three weeks since this happened and not one time has vcmbnk offered personal help from the contact centre, only same mass emails. The app works great but without the help center to direct it’s useless. If I didn’t have help from Ms Hanh and her team extra to their normal jobs id still be in trouble. Their team helped fix the issue in under 5 minutes. Please do not leave other customers in the same situation. I do believe all the contact help lines are still unaccessable from UK & EU. I will definitely tell all my friends about what happened to me and recommend they not join
