VCE Simulator

I had being using their app on and off over the years . Their customers support became fraud in recent year . I signed up quaterly subcription on simulator with 89.99 USD on 1 May 2022. I forgot to cancel subcription within 3 months. Their website auto-charged from my bank account on 29 Jul. Instead of charging me 89.99 $ for renewal fee, They charged me double (179++ ). And I reached out to (support at avanset.com) 3 times within 5 days, they never reply to me even though their website claims that they will support within 12 hours. Then I made calls multiple times today ,and no one picked up the line.

Purchased this app log back , If am not forgotten I paid $38 dollars and they just took it off and now the price is insane.

1. The app has a lot bugs and issue - Reveals answer when doing a mock exam, literally highligh the answer in the selection - when you do random question & answer , it give different answer. 2. Does not support all "VCE" file. - some vce file does not work properly on this app. Problem is when you report the support team just gonna say replace the vce file. 3. Terrible support - when you buy this, you are on a subscription. Meaning you pay each day you are using it. Support will response once a day and ask question. 1 question per day. 4. You cant refund or get any conpensation - if you happen to have some app issue and cannot fix by support asap,they wont give a damn 5. Its a trick - the trial version looks so good. But wait until you use you own VCE file. 6. Expensive - this app is expensive. Before there is an app called vce plus which is one time payment but after is gone on appstore the price of this app went so high(hmm i wonder why) This is my opinion, if you want to see for yourself go on and subscribe. But i suggest ,just use the pdf file. You might be just wasting your money. 😤

Price to value is extremely high. This costs more than double what it should cost. There are plenty of free and much lower cost alternatives online.

Once you purchase a subscription, it is nearly impossible to get out of it! There is NO cancel option in the app! There is NO phone number! There is only a messaging option of which you will be ignored! Poorly designed app, with EXTREMELY poor customer service! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Pricing a Product is not an exact science there will always be some potential users who find the price to be too high. The vast majority of users find the app to be an extremely good value. So we believe that many consider the purchase to be an investment that eventually pays for itself. Care to explain why the “majority of users” find the app to be an extremely bad value based on your reviews? This vast majority should provide reviews to counter that 1-Star rating. The reiteration of this statement says that taking advantage of the desperate is an excellent business model. Thank you for your feedback.

This app did not function all that well and now that I’m trying to cancel every option I try just hangs up and won’t load. Tried to send a message through the app to support and it just froze. Do not charge me again for this overpriced broken app!

Way over priced and does not work none of the questions are on the test they are lying it’s a scam don’t waste your money
