I am not able to accurately enter the supplements that I take since they are not listed. The test results are difficult to understand since they use abbreviations only and I have to look up the meaning of each abbreviation.

Having MyChart is wonderful. It makes it so easy to communicate with my doctors, scheduling appointments, getting refills sent in and reviewing my test results.
It is so handy to have this App on my phone. I have it set up for facial recognition, so it always easy to access. The app allows me to preregister for my appointments and I get quick test results and visit summaries. I can also see upcoming appointments with instructions. This app is a keeper.
I have but one frustration with this application ( the inability to update information concerning certain shots/annual physicals etc… Otherwise it is very good for organizing health data and appointments.
Since most of my docs are part of VCU Health, this app contains most of my medical information together in one spot. The site is easy to understand and navigate. I particularly like being able to immediately access my test results and to message my doctors as needed.
This app is an excellent patient tool for helping to manage your care at VCU Medical.
I like the phone appt a lot because it’s great for appointment reminders and for contacting my providers. I don’t like how it doesn’t update my vaccination record. I’ve made attempts to update, but it wont take. It keeps saying I’m overdue.

The “schedule an appointment” button is pinned to the shortcuts area, and is not able to be removed, even when you go to customize shortcuts. This is frustrating because it then only allows 3 shortcuts, eliminating quick access to everything I need. The “schedule” button is pretty useless anyway because VCU doesn’t even use this feature for most of their providers. So the fact that a useless button is forced and taking up space? Oops. Also, appreciate that refill requests can go through the meds list now, however in the rx details, there is no information on how many refills a doctor has written for (even under the heading “refill details”… only shows “quantity” and “days supply”)
