Horrible support and never works like it should.
Service for this program is almost non existent. The program constantly will not work and kicks you out or locks up. Not a user friendly app.

FIX THIS
When “View Station” is selected, it regularly produces a blank screen. This makes entering an apparatus check from your phone very difficult. App is up to date.
Dumpster fire
Not a very user friendly App, plenty of bugs/glitches and horrendous path to improvement and support by the software company…can’t wait to get rid of this platform!
Hate software
For the most part it works. Pen and paper was way easier
