At first, it was a good deal for what I paid. Anymore now when I try to use the app to save footage, it crashes multiple times a minute. It’s become insufferable to use. At this point, I’m looking into a completely new camera and app duo because this isn’t worth the frustration anymore.
I’m not sure if this is an iOS 18 issue as others have stated but this app refuses to connect to any of my devices. I have tried everything from re downloading the app, to resetting my camera. Can we get an update on this?
Would not connect the device to my phone, even though the WiFi it’s connected! It stated that there was a connection failure.
App is trash, as is the product. Don’t believe me, look it up on Amazon

This app will not connect to any cameras if you are running IOS 18. Look elsewhere for a camera if it uses this app. No updates for 5 months is a clear sign they don’t support their products after the sale.
I couldn’t connect to multiple devices idk why tried deleting one then using it again on other device but won’t let me connect it which is strange

Keeps loading to connect to WiFi and never connects. Can’t turn off voice in device but I can’t connect to WiFi.
