I had a very bad experience with them despite paying the amount and availing their subscription it’s totally waste of money. The care manager is non responsive and they don’t even inform properly and go on a leave without a backup. It’s a scam once they onboard you they are least concerned about you. The care manager was so insensitive. The company thinks they are giving free service. It’s a scam don’t ever waste on money by taking their subscription.

They changed care manager in between and everything went upside down moreover they are not bothered about the complaints and help needed is not provided. They are very supportive in 1 st month so that u buy longer plan but then they are not supportive.

Such amazing platform to learn how to take care of our health. I joined for weight loss with coach Divya Jadhav and she made everything so easy and fun for me. My lifestyle is changed and my eating habits is much better now. Extremely happy with the results

Everything which they portray seems to be scam once we enroll there is no going back. A lady who claimed to be Dr will contact first and will eat your brain with lots of information which is irrelevant at irrelevant time she just need her work to be done for months and months she was behind and once i got enrolled they were forcing me to have a diet which was not suitable for my body and was frequently asking them to change the diet which is realistic they were raising there sweet voices. when i want to report regarding the same to first first contact person who was portraying as a Dr literally yelled at me cause i was not happy with what happened. secondly they connected me to a gynaecologist who was driving and asking my concerns and later prescribed me irrelevant medication I don't even trust in using them. Finally when i was frequently asking for refund as the package costed half of my salary they want me to take random medication dont know if i have to eat them and survive instead of food. somehow they turned my package from PCOD management to Psychology counselling which was way cheaper in other beautiful websites which costed me double the price and which was supposed to be 1 hr used to be finished by 30 mins. Never trust them. FRAUD ALERT!!!

Really upset with the way this platform works. Most of the time the app is glitching. And the care manager wont follow up unless or until you do. They dont care if u follow the program or not. And provide u with zero motivation or anything as such. I ended up taking the subscription for a year which i regret so bad right now.

Veera has been an absolute breath of fresh air. From my initial session with the PCOS expert to my gynaecologist and care manager, everyone took the time to hear me out, as much time as I needed, letting me ask any and all questions. They were all so genuinely caring and supportive. No one is pressuring you to lose weight but more so to feel healthy inside out. A lot of people can be quite dismissive, prescribe you a pill and be done with it - But the experts here work on every single aspect of lifestyle and take such a holistic approach that it heals you from within. I’ve had a great experience with Mili, my nutritionist and care manager and we’re coming up with meal plans I actually feel good about and I’m learning more about nutrition, which was a very important goal. The supplements and diet changes also regularised my period within the first week which was a big deal to me!

App configurations and user interface is good, but there are many bugs and glitches which needs to be fixed.

I am using this app from last 4months and constantly there are issue while uploading the images of meal. It takes ages or dont go at all. Kindly find a permanent fix

I was persuaded to take a PCOD management plan for a year where I was committed about multiple services. I was told about getting a care manager assigned who would be there to assist me with customised diet plan and would be available to suggest me with alternate food options if I was going out (CUSTOMIZED). Once I enrolled for the programme, neither the diet plan was customized according to my lifestyle and access to resources nor I could find a care manager who was professional. I was promised a diet chart of 5 customised diet plans every month. In the very first conversation I was announced that a diet chart would continue for 3 weeks. Then I was told that the care manager would be accountable for nudging me everyday for my exercises and would enquire about my diet. No such thing happened. Instead, I was the person who was nudging the care manager to look into the pictures of my diet and suggest. It was so disappointing that within 3 days of enrolment, I had to raise a request for refund. Despite that, they kept me hanging for more than a week only to get back with the resolution that they would not refund me but assign me a “senior most” care manager instead. Veera health fooled me and took my hard-earned money of 25200. The most upsetting thing is that this company is supposed to help out women. Instead they are just fooling customers. I would highly urge other people to not fall prey to this gimmick. I have all the proofs, all the mail chains, please do not fall prey.
