Does this app work for anyone, tried to install on 2 phones, just says we need WiFi, which of course we have!
Doesn’t work on iPhone SE
Works fine on iPad but not on iPhone SE.
Cancelled pre booked taxi
Booed a taxi 5 days in advance to be cancelled at less than an hours notice for our train. Stay away!
This app is dreadful
When you book it says your wait will be 2 minutes, then less than 1 minute however there's no sign of a car and the app still says searching for a driver. One the wait time went from 2 minutes to 45! Everyone knows there are times where you have to wait so be honest about it. It becomes a safety issue if people are left standing on their own because the think a car is on it's way. It needs sorting before it ends badly.

The old Dragon Taxis app was better.
In poor signal areas, this version automatically enters the wrong pickup address, and there’s no way to manually refresh a map that isn’t responding, or to call a dispatcher to find out why taxis haven’t turned up. Someone really doesn’t know how to design software. Change is not automatically progress.
Worst
Ever since I’ve started using this I can’t get a taxi absolute rubbish , I’ll just carry on using the Uber app instead, I stood with my tired little boy in town the other evening taxi said it was 10mins away , the minute I ordered it it instantly went too 25mins away and stayed like that , I ended up cancelling twice and caught uber
