Photo not verifying and poor customer support.

Tried many times to upload the photo and also with current captured picture and during face verification it says face not matching. How its possible? Also poor customer service support. They don't even respond. Dont recommend this app and don't download.

Delete the account no response

I requested to delete my account multiple times and I received no response and tried to deactivate but it creates new account rather than deactivate it !!!

Crashing

App keeps crashing when trying to view profile activity. There is no reporting feature in the app for technical support.

Solid app

Had a few decent matches so far, no complaints so far.

One of the best interfaces for matching. Not many users yet but that a positive because all profiles are quality! I’m willing to wait because you only have to be right once.

Great design great app

Not so many users but some really nice and serious people. Very interesting concept with the flip. Some nationalities are missing like Emirati and Palestinian. Keep up the good work guys this will be really useful for serious people to find a marriage partner :) 👌🏽

First day using it, got a match result!

Veil is slick with a great user interface. A couple of bugs for the dev team to fix but expected for a new startup. A much needed service here in Dubai and also for the rest of the world. Thanks team Veil and keep up the good work 🙏🏻
