Appli insupportable
L’utilisation de l’application est insupportable. Impossible de débloquer un vélo 1 fois sur deux. Message d’erreur intempestif… aucune correction. C’est vraiment dommage car l’utilisation des vélos est vraiment pratique .

L’été le service est à fuir
2/3 des vélos ne sont pas fonctionnels pendant l’été, quand on tombe sur un vélo non fonctionnel et qu’on le dépose il faut attendre 5 minutes a la station,3 vélos hs la suite et votre compte est bloqué. Quand on vie et travail à Saint-Malo le service n’est plus pour nous mais pour les touristes.

Habituée aux vélin parisiens, je suis conquise par cette meilleure qualité de vélos et c’est parfait pour profiter de la ville quand il n y a pas de bus. Vivement plus de stations ! Bravo pour le service et la modernité des vélos libre service
