Velocity Frequent Flyer

I recently traveled to Melbourne on Virgin and made several enquires about velocity points and upgrading our seats, in the end I was not able to upgrade our seats as I didn’t have enough points but I did get to gain access to to airport lounge. As we were required book out of our hotel several hours before our flight. It allowed us to spend the time in the velocity lounge in Melbourne to relax and made our flight home so much more enjoyable. The five minutes I spent on my app and on the phone made my trip so much more memorable and enjoyable. Thank you

Rubbish how long we have to wait for our points to show

Can’t get my points l travel every week my status points go down instead up ? Customer service terrible my charter company says virgin responsibly.last four weeks can’t getting to book flights with the app or online web checking no explanation.

Just got back from Bali great start to the holiday,hassle free, great service and no delays

On a chat group of Business/First Class travellers, a blogger was advised by a Virgin employee that the Priority Check In desk will be closing. I can speak on behalf of the majority of bloggers that we are extremely disappointed. He was told it was as a result to a survey, which none of us recall receiving. Please make this announcement of your intentions public.

Easy to use now showing everything and discounts

Very un-user friendly. Points are excessive compared to the Qantas program and App is difficult to use.
