Velvet Noire Boutique

Very displeased with this online Boutique. Their quality control department is basically non-existent. I purchased 3 pairs of Vintage Washed Joggers (not cheap by the way). After 1 washing…holes in the seat seam of each pair. When I reached out to Customer Support they did nothing. I was initially sent a return policy link! What…this is a defect issue? Then, only after a complaint about that response, I was issued a “store credit” that didn’t even cover half the cost of 1 pair of joggers!! Really, I don’t think so. I also purchased a graphic t-shirt and sweatshirt. Graphics peeling off both after a couple of washings. Graphics are supposed to be their specialty, hmmm?? Where are the quality control checks…it should not peel off. Again, they were not cheap items. I honestly don’t mind paying a little more for good quality, but that is not what was provided by or my experience with VELVET NOIRE BOUTIQUE. I will never spend my hard earned money with VELVET NOIRE BOUTIQUE again and I HIGHLY-RECOMMEND that you don’t either. They go on and on in the “lives” about the quality and how they STAND BEHIND their products…NOT!! They constantly give “cart refunds” for SHARING their LIVES, but they won’t replace defective products. Shame on them!!!

Love all the ladies, the community and the great information that they share. Love all the items. Going broke!!! Great retail therapy 🤑 never wore wigs but now I have 6. I get VNB in the mail Most days and LOVE IT!

VNB is fricken amazing. I’m in love with everything they have to offer and love that they have try on hauls so you can see them on all body sizes. I have bought so many things from here for myself, my friends, and family members. This boutique has all the things at affordable prices. A win win for all!!!!

Between the sizing and the lack of quantity in items that go to a “5x” and the owner being a trump supporter I don’t know what’s worse. As a plus sized woman, I love alternative/edgy clothes, pieces are so hard to find and it disappoints me when these small businesses/ fast fashion places promise inclusivity yet sell items that are not true to size or have no selections…yet wanna shout they are size inclusive!

I once was a customer until she started posting counterfeit designer bags for sale on her Facebook page. Not sure how she is still in business.
