Great software and really easy to use.
I like this software. It is so easy to use and does all the basic things I need. I also like that you can buy credits and don’t have to subscribe which is perfect for a casual user like me.

Complicated and not good
Inflexible, inaccurate and you can’t do a thing with subtitles. Too many steps etc etc… AND they charged me 5 seconds into the ‘free trial’. Total rip off.
No support to sort out issue
I loved this app before. But since I bought a more expensive subscription I can no longer use the features or access my account. Contacted support and had 1 reply, that was 3 weeks ago and since then nobody seems to want to help me with the issue.
No free trial period
I was charged for 1 month’s subscription on the first day even I thought I had 3 days free trial. It appears that the free trial was only for the year’s subscription. Who on earth would like to purchase an app without trying it first? I even didn’t like it as it was too complicated to use it.
Wonder but a few big things to fix...
1. Once my videos get uploaded I have a lip sync lag and so I have to use another tool to extract the audio and correct the problem. 2. The subtitles are great but so often the full stops are in the wrong place and many little things to correct. Honestly great but I hope you keep working on this.
Not worth it
Don’t even bother buying this app, just bought this and it’s so limited on the things that you can do. I paid £10 per month and by the 3rd video, I couldn’t save on my phone because it wasn’t part of my plan or something.

It doesn’t even allow you to sign up , so confusing

Downloaded this as wanted an app that would auto add subtitles. Found a few bugs, but a message to support quickly raised a response and the issue resolved. Thank you.
