This app makes management of power consumption feasible. Less needs to reach out to facility manager or exco for explanation to things as I have an account statement that helps bring insight to spendings. Access code generation reduces the need to call the gate for a guest as well as keeps my privacy private; no unplanned or unwanted visits.

This app has been a game changer in simplifying communal living experience. Thumbs up, guys.

I used to dread getting those handwritten notices about community meetings or service charges. Now, everything is right there on my phone. Paying my dues is a breeze, and I can even see my payment history. Plus, being able to report issues directly to the management and track their progress is awesome.
