Every time you login in they have to send you a verification email. Login fails when you use the app.

Who were the lazy underpaid developers hired to make this app that they didn’t even bother ensuring that users stay logged in. Its not a banking app, there is really no need to make the user login every-time they open the app. The login requires a OTP sent via email/text as well.

No notifications. You have to log in every day to see if theres a package and get fined if you miss the package.

Genuinely awful app, login process is a nightmare. Ridiculous that you have to sign in through an email every time.

Tedious app and waste of time!

Very annoying design. Instead of signing in with an email and password like everywhere else, let’s make you put in your email every-time and then wait for an email then click on a link in the email then go back to the app and then that have that tell you it doesn’t work anyway and to sign in a different way.

This app is so inconvenient and frustrating. Everytime you open it, you have to login to your account again. And to login, you have to click a link that is sent to your email. Every single time. And half the time that original link doesn’t work so you have to do it again. Once you do log in, everything is slower than the actual website on a desktop computer. At least on my computer I can stay logged in. I do not recommend this app at all

I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. The app is functional and haven’t had a glitch yet. There is no password required. This bothers some folks. Each time you login with your phone number, it sends you a text with a code. Entering the code let’s you login. This is just like 2 step verification except without a password. So, it’s fine but the app should probably explain this to folks so they are not upset. Easy to set up Payments and pay once a month. What is not nice about the app and Venterra is that there is a charge for this app administration that is included in the bill. That is so greedy.

Please update this app so I can use Face ID to log in. Why can’t I just save my information for next time? So annoying
