No support and impossible to get to work
Update: why am I not able to schedule the times the vent is on or off? Seems like a logical option, yet you only have a button I manually have to press to turn it off for a set period of time. I followed their instructions, but cannot get this app setup or even to connect to the vent. Nobody responds to emails with assistance other than “read the manual”, but the manual instructions aren’t working. Plus, their link in the manual for the PC software is a dead link. I have called multiple times during normal business hours, but nobody answers their phone. I’m about to just return the product entirely.
