I am getting login issues. Whenever I am entering the login credentials like user id or ph. No. It’s getting process but it doesn’t reach to otp section. And afterward it’s gets declined. I am facing this issues for last couple of weeks.

There is blog or video or help page or article which can tell user how to open charts on the application or website. I am still not able to find how to open charts in Ventura wealth and Ventura Web. There is no option to download Ventura Pointer in Macbook.

The app doesn’t open half the times. Always keeps on showing ”please wait” or “initialising” Compared to other apps - the trading here is v v complicated. Need to bring the app to standard maintained by other apps.

Need to improve software.

App is not working properly.

Many times app keep loading and unable to do any transaction. It’s risky if you are trading. Many times app won’t work for first 15 mints.

Team unable to add funds

Please develop percentage growth of stocks accumulated

Very hard to track IPO & our profit or loss for 6months etc ..not very user friendly Every time login ask too many security.. only face or biometrics should be there

Services are bad ,from 3month I am calling them for demo how to do transaction all but no one are interested to follow us .
